Put the olive oil in a small dish, add the fresh pressed garlic,
some Italian-type seasonings (your choice - I use an Italian blend
that I buy locally), and a little sea salt to taste. Cook your pasta,
and when it's just about finished, heat the oil mixture gently in a
large skillet. When the pasta is drained, add it to the skillet, add
your Parmesan cheese (fresh grated is best), and toss for a few
minutes.
Yummmm. House smells like an Italian restaurant, but I don't have a
problem with that!
