I'm using alot! The blends at the store are too spicy-when I get the flavor
I like, it's too hot. So, I bought the individual herbs and made my own mix.
It's
always evolving but basically it's: 10 parts Cumin and Coriander, 8-
Tumeric,3-Ginger and Celery. Ground of course. I add cayenne to my dish
after cooking.
Other optional herbs to add: cloves, anise, cardamom.
