  • 1 pound Beef Ground
  • A: A AB: A B: N O: HB
  • 3 cups Rice (White) Cooked
  • A: N AB: HB B: N O: N
  • 1 can Broth (any neutral)
  • A: N AB: N B: N O: N
  • 1 can Mushroom (any neutral) chopped
  • A: N AB: N B: N O: N
  • 1 Pepper (Green) diced
  • A: A AB: A B: HB O: N
  • 1 Onion (any non-green) diced
  • A: HB AB: N B: N O: HB
  • some Olive Oil
  • A: HB AB: HB B: HB O: HB
  • Salt to taste (opt)
  • A: N AB: N B: N O: N

    Saute the green pepper and onion in the olive oil until onions are clear. Add the ground beef and cook until brown, chopping into tiny bits.

    Mix the beef mixture, rice, mushrooms, and broth into a large baking dish.

    Bake at 350 degrees F until bubbly and crispy on the top.

    Very good as main dish or a side dish. My kids love it with non-wheat soy sauce. I like to melt an HB or N cheese on top of mine.
