  • 1 pattie Lamb ground

  • Some Vinegar (Apple Cider)

  • Some Bragg's
  • A: UAB: UB: UO: U
  • Enough Onion (any non-green) slices
  • A: HB AB: N B: N O: HB
  • 2 Carrot slices
  • A: HB AB: N B: HB O: N
  • 1 Potato (White) sliced
  • A: A AB: N B: N O: A
  • Some Parsley chopped or ground
  • A: N AB: HB B: HB O: HB
  • Some Garlic salt (could used minced)
  • A: HB AB: HB B: N O: HB
  • A little Sea Salt
  • A: N AB: N B: N O: N

    I first marinated a ground lamb pattie in the vinegar and Bragg's. I layerd onions in the bottom of a Pyrex, added the lamb, 2 carrots, and a sliced potato, seasoned it with parsley, garlic powder and a little sea salt.

    Covered it with a stainless steel cooked sheet (don't like aluminum) and baked it on 375 degrees F. for about 30-45 min.
