    My favorite way to cook rabbit is to mix flour with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and coat the pieces of rabbit and in a pan with olive oil, brown both sides then put in a baking dish with a lid.

    Make a gravy with the drippings, water and flour and pour over the rabbit and over and bake at 300 degrees F. for 1 3/4

    Make the gravy real watery because it will thicken while it is baking.
