Stir everything together well and then let it sit for about 5 to 10 minutes so it will get more cohesive. Then on a cookie sheet, drop small spoonfuls, usually making about 2 dozen.
Bake for 25 - 30 minutes, until edges start to turn dark tan. I cook mine for 35 minutes because I like them a little crunchier.
These agree well with me and I've been following the ER4YT for quite some time now. I got the recipe from a coworker who enjoys eating all natural! Also, sometimes I don't include that much fruit.
