Let this mix cook for a few minutes, stirring it regularly.
Then add the puffed rice.
You can use a pancake turner to keep mixing the rice around so it will get
coated with the ghee, perhaps 5-10 minutes or so, on medium low heat.
It really is good!
Note: I can think of lots of variations on this theme too.
Different nuts, perhaps garlic, perhaps some kind of cheese like Parmesan (for
B's only, of course).
A while back Heidi (I think) posted a "Crunchy Snack for O's" on the main board.
Today I decided to make it for my O husband, and as I was doing so I realized it
would be good for B's, too --- and gluten-free to boot.
