Melt butter (or ghee) in a non-stick two quart sauce pan. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips. Stir till melted. Add all the nuts. Stir in the puffed rice. Spread out on cookie sheet or pizza pan covered with wax paper.Put more wax paper on top. Refrigerate for about 2 hours Then just break off in hunks and eat. Put some hunks in the freezer afterwards. (The nuts add a lot of calcium, magnesium, zinc, and copper.)

Got this idea from a post a few weeks ago. Sorry can't remember his name. What you end up with is a chocolate, nut, puffed rice snack kind of like your mother used to make with marshallow creme; only much healthier. Easy to make.

    * A and AB types omit butter and use ghee instead.
