VICTORIA'S GINGER SYRUP A: OK AB: OK B: OK O: OK

  • Fresh ginger root
  • A: HBAB: NB: HBO: N
  • Honey
  • A: NAB: NB: NO: N

    Peel the skin off ginger root (potato peeler works well).
    Grate the ginger.
    Put grated ginger in a jar and add just enough honey to cover it.

    Let steep two weeks. (Was OK after one week).
    Absolutely heavenly.
