  • a couple of cloves garlic, minced

  • Braggs' liquid aminos (1t)
  • A: NAB: NB: NO: N
  • fresh or dry basil (1t dry or a few leaves fresh)
  • A: NAB: NB: NO: N
  • raw apple cider vinegar (1T)
  • A: AAB: UB: UO: U
  • 1/2 C extra virgin olive oil
  • A: HBAB: HBB: HBO: HB
  • a pinch of both powdered kelp
  • A: NAB: NB: NO: HB
  • and dulse (1t)
  • A: UAB: UB: UO: U

    I don't know the exact amounts of any of these, because I just put them into the bottle without measuring, but the basic formula leaves a lot of room for personal adjustments and embellishments. This is good on baked potatoes, steamed vegetables, also on pasta instead of red sauce.

    This is a little more regarding non butter toppings for veggies. I keep a bottle of this dressing in my refrigerator.
