  • 1 bunch fresh Basil (3-4 cups loosely

  • 4 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • A: B AB: HB B: HB O: HB
  • 1 - 2 cloves Garlic
  • A: B AB: HB B: N O: HB
  • 2 tablespoons Miso
  • A: B AB: HB B: N O: N
  • 1/4 cup Walnut (English) chopped
  • A: N AB: HB B: N O: HB
  • 1/4 cup Walnut (English) coarsely chopped
  • A: N AB: HB B: N O: HB

    Blend the fresh Basil with the olive oil, cloves of garlic, miso, 1/4c chopped walnuts....for 2 min. Remove and add 1/4c coarsely chopped walnuts.

    We toast our bread, rub with a clove of garlic and smear on the pesto. Ummm!!!!
