  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • A: HBAB: HBB: NO: N
  • 1/2-2/3 cup olive oil
  • A: HBAB: HBB: HBO: HB
  • ½ cup water
  • A: HBAB: HBB: HBO: HB
  • 1Tbsp. Bragg's
  • A: UAB: UB: UO: U
  • (or Tamari)
  • A: HBAB: NB: UO: N
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • A: HBAB: NB: HBO: N
  • 1 tsp. dulse
  • A: NAB: NB: NO: HB
  • ½ tsp. kelp
  • A: UAB: UB: UO: U
  • fresh herbs (such as rosemary or thyme)
  • A: NAB: NB: NO: N

    Combine in a blender the lemon juice, garlic, water, Bragg's or Tamari, dulse, and kelp. Blend well on low. With blender running on Low, s-l-o-w-l-y add the olive oil until the desired consistency. Then, add some fresh rosemary and thyme (or herbs of choice). Don't blend too long after herbs.

    I used this to marinate our fish and it was delish! My A son wanted to drink it, but settled for two large bowls of salad.
