  • 1/4 cup Bragg's Liquid Amino

  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup water
  • A: HBAB: HBB: HBO: HB
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup fresh Lemon Juice
  • A: HBAB: HBB: NO: N
  • 1 cup Cold-pressed Olive Oil
  • A: HBAB: HBB: HBO: HB
  • 1 cup cold-pressed OK Oil
  • A: UAB: UB: UO: U
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • A: HBAB: NB: HBO: N
  • 1 tsp. minced onion
  • A: HBAB: NB: NO: HB
  • 1/2 tsp. curry
  • A: NAB: HBB: HBO: HB
  • (or turmeric)
  • A: NAB: NB: NO: HB

    Use a quart-sized container--like a Tupperware liquid container with lid and pouring spout. Mix all ingredients well, and personalize the amounts. Add your blood type's healing spices instead of the garlic, onion, or curry. Keep in refrigerator. It is safe, if refrigerated, for 3-4 weeks. If it's too thick, reduce the Olive Oil and increase your other oil, or add more water.

    Lemon-based salad dressing that's BETTER than Oil & Vinegar and a VERY healing way to get your good oils into your diet. Do not use Flax oil.
