Add the lamb, stir well so it is sealed and cook for about 10 minutes, then add the water, cover and let it cook until the meat is tender, about 45 minutes.
Pull the pot out of the stove and add the yogurt, 1 tbsp at a time, stirring constantly.
So here is my favorite lamb dish. Good eating!!
