Blend the sour cream, powdered sugar, and half & half together. Whip
it a bit until it is rather like supersoft whipped cream.
Mix the double cream mixture into the fruit. Chill.
It is totally delicious. The double cream stuff is good all by
itself, too! :) You can use any HB or neutral fruit with this you
want - especially good with berries.
*To make neutral powdered sugar, put 1 cup of regular granulated
white sugar in your blender. Buzz on the highest setting you have.
Add about 1/4 cup of arrowroot.
